Need to log into your Calsurance account? Simply click below!
Instructions:
• Click on the “Launch Calsurance Website” tab above
• When prompted to enter a company name, type in “Michigan”, and select the radio button for Michigan Farm Bureau Group, members of The Financial Sales Professionals Purchasing Group
• Type in First Name, Last Name, and Farm Bureau agent number
• A certificate reprint will show with multiple years. The last two radio buttons are the current policy for your E&O and Crime policy. Click on desired button and click “print”
• A copy will be PFD downloaded for your needs.
